SERVICE/REBUILD
In order to keep your suspension in good shape a suspension service is recommended after every 30-40 hours of riding depending on the type of riding you do. Past this point you could experience loss of dampening and extra wear on the internal parts. Professional racing requires a rebuild after 20 hours of riding. Rebuild maintenance will keep your ride consistent and help to eliminate excessive wear of component items such as shock body and shock shaft.
FORK SERVICE AND NEW SEALS $150
This includes a full tear down cleaning and inspection. All high wear items are inspected and measured for wear. Parts are only replaced at your approval. Your forks are then re-assembled and filled with quality fork oil. For fork seal replacement add $30-$40 depending on make and model. Price $110 plus parts where needed
SHOCK SERVICE $100
KTM PDS SERVICE $120
This includes a full tear down cleaning and inspection. All high wear items are inspected and measured for wear.Your shock is then re-assembled using high quality Parts are only replaced at your approval.shock fluid and then thoroughly bled to remove all air. We then recharge your shock with 100% pure nitrogen. Price $100 plus parts where needed.

REVALVE
Stock suspension is rarely set-up for your unique height, weight, skill level and type of riding. Whether you ride supercross, motocross, supermoto, freestyle, trail or enduro, you are not getting the most performance out of your suspension unless it is set-up for the type of riding you do.
The wrong set-up results in either too harsh a ride or constant bottoming with unpredictability, less traction and cornering ability, lack of control and confidence in your bike.
This service includes all the work involved in a rebuild. Additionally i modify the internal dampening systems to give you a customized set-up for your individual weight, ability, riding style and type of terrain encountered. Because your settings are individualized your support does not end at the time of delivery. I will work with you to make your revalve optimum for you with unlimited phone support and rework if needed.
FRONT FORK REVALVE
The front fork is completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected. Worn parts are replaced, then modifications to the damping system are done based on your weight, ability, riding style and type of riding you do. The front fork is reassembled using genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer Parts and new oil.
REAR SHOCK REVALVE
The rear shock is completely disassembled, cleaned, and inspected. Worn parts are replaced, then modifications to the dampening system are done based on your weight, ability, riding style and type of riding you do. The rear shock is reassembled using genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer Parts and new oil and gas.
