Race Suspension website I offer a full range of suspension services from basic servicing to full rider to bike set-up. I can also re-build and repair damaged suspension parts. Servicing and Maintenance The dampening of your suspension will change over time as the components are used. This is caused by normal wear and tear and oil viscosity breakdown. It is important that your suspension has regular maintainance by D.B. Race Suspension.Improper assembly or the use of inadequate fluids will drastically alter the way your suspension was designed to perform. If you ride once a week I suggest you have your fork and shock serviced at least every 3 months. Would you ride all year without changing your gearbox oil? FORK SERVICE $110 This includes a full tear down cleaning and inspection. All high wear items are inspected and measured for wear. Your forks are then re-assembled and filled with quality fork oil. For fork seal replacement add $40-50 depending on make and model. SHOCK SERVICE $100 KTM PDS SERVICE $120 This includes a full tear down cleaning and inspection. All high wear items are inspected and measured for wear.Your shock is then re-assembled using high quality shock fluid and then thoroughly bled to remove all air. We then recharge your shock with 100% pure nitrogen. All bikes come from the factory with little to no grease on vital components. With the use of pressure washers things can go bad fast. Keep your bike running fresh and strong with the following services: Headset strip/clean and re-grease $60 Swingarm/ linkage strip clean and re-grease $120 Change engine oil/oil filter and clean air filter $90 FORK AND SHOCK REVALVING Revalving is all about setting up your bike to suit your height, weight, ability and the type of riding you do.This is where my 15 years of racing experience and knowledge gained from countless hours of testing with the best riders comes into play.....There is no guess work done here! Also includes everything listed in the above services. You can have the same suspension that has been used to win National Titles and countless QLD and Sunshine State off road championships.
